Located south of the Victory Petroleum Administration Bureau’s headquarters building, it stretches from Jinan Road in the north to Liaocheng Road in the south, measuring 312 meters from north to south and 240 meters from east to west, covering a total area of 74,880 square meters. The surface of the square features a musical fountain, an outdoor large electronic screen, a water screen movie, sculptures, a children’s playground, a public fitness area, and more, while underground there is a shopping mall.
