Blue Sea High-Efficiency Agricultural Eco-Base

Located 3 kilometers south of Niu Zhuang Town Government in Dongying District, Dongying City, the base covers a total area of approximately 2,000 mu, with a total investment of about 200 million yuan. The park is planned according to the overall goal of "one linkage, two platforms, and three major functions," and is divided into a dining area, exhibition and sightseeing area, work area, high-temperature greenhouse cultivation area, low-temperature greenhouse cultivation area, and open-air planting area, with buildings reasonably arranged within each functional zone. The dining area includes an eco-restaurant that can accommodate 400 diners, covering 20 mu with a construction area of 3,008 square meters; the exhibition and sightseeing area features 10 glass greenhouses, including a flower zone, high-tech display zone, tropical plant zone, and seedling zone, covering 120 mu with a total construction area of 19,232 square meters; the auxiliary facilities supporting area includes office, storage, logistics, dormitory, and canteen functions, covering 15 mu with a construction area of 1,872 square meters; the high-temperature greenhouse cultivation area has 116 high-standard greenhouse vegetable sheds, covering 397 mu; the low-temperature greenhouse cultivation area includes 234 high-standard low-temperature vegetable sheds, covering 432 mu; and the open-air planting area spans 1,016 mu. Another park is located south of Wangdao Village, Dingzhuang Town, Guangrao County, Dongying City, bordering the Xiaoqing River to the south and the Yihong River to the north, covering a total area of approximately 1,500 mu. It focuses on modern agricultural production, with 43 high-temperature sheds and 44 low-temperature sheds built within the base, and an auxiliary facilities supporting area of about 15 mu, including necessary supporting facilities such as reception, office, storage, logistics, dormitory, and canteen. These two parks are comprehensive vegetable planting bases integrating modern agricultural production and demonstration, agricultural product processing, modern agricultural technology display, science education and training, agricultural leisure, and sightseeing.
