Haixing Village is located in the northeast corner of Xianhe Town, with a total of 79 households and 224 residents. The administrative village was established on March 28, 1998, and was built on the foundation of Shandong Haixing Group. It is the youngest village in Xianhe Town, situated 16 kilometers from the Bohai Sea, with the beautiful Shenxian Gully running through it. The village boasts numerous villas, well-aligned roads, lush greenery, a tidy environment, and a simple, friendly atmosphere, making it a charming modern village with an air of mystery.

Leveraging its superior geographical location and strong economic development foundation, Haixing Village focuses on developing agritourism, fishery ecology, and industrial ecology, with a primary emphasis on the marine fishery ecological brand. Relying on the village’s modern infrastructure, Haixing Village Agritourism Guesthouses have been established, where visitors can enjoy the beautiful Shenxian Gully, experience rich fishing culture, and savor unique and delicious home-style meals and seafood, thereby promoting the development of fishery ecology in the village. Shandong Haixing Group Co., Ltd. has achieved remarkable success in seafood breeding and processing. The Haixing Village Fishery Standardization Demonstration Area currently includes 15,000 mu of pollution-free shallow-sea shellfish farming zones, 3,000 mu of pollution-free sea cucumber farming zones, 20,000 square meters of indoor sea cucumber breeding facilities, and 2,600 square meters of processing area, making it the ideal location for developing industrial ecology and successfully establishing itself as the No. 1 Ecological Village in Dongying.

Thanks to its superior ecological environment, Haixing Village has also successfully driven the development of Haixing Hotel. The hotel, invested with 20 million yuan by Haixing Group, is a two-star foreign-related accommodation offering dining, business, and leisure entertainment services. Haixing Hotel has earned widespread praise from guests with its signature seafood dishes such as "Health-Boosting Sea Cucumber" and "Clam Banquet," further boosting the vigorous development of tourism in Haixing Village.

The two committees of Haixing Village have consistently prioritized economic development, proposing the strategy of strengthening village collective economy through company development and expanding the company by leveraging shallow coastal resources. Guided by this principle and seizing the opportunity presented by Dongying City's implementation of a paid and licensed sea-use system, the village obtained the right to use 60,000 mu of sea area with support from city and district leaders, initiating large-scale shallow-sea shellfish conservation efforts. Villagers invested 1.4 million yuan to establish a shallow-sea shellfish farm, which was designated as a municipal model park. In 2003, the breeding base was recognized as a provincial standardized production base for estuarine clams and a national sea-use management demonstration area. In 2004, the Haixing Shellfish Farm was confirmed as a pollution-free production area, and the Estuary Brand Clam was certified as a pollution-free agricultural product. In 2005, the breeding area was designated as a national agricultural standardization demonstration area for estuarine clams at the Yellow River Estuary. In 2006, the sea cucumber breeding base was recognized as a pollution-free production area, the Estuary Brand Sea Cucumber was certified as a pollution-free agricultural product by the Ministry of Agriculture, and the Haixing Clam Breeding Farm was established as a Shandong Provincial Estuarine Original Breed Farm. In 2007, the company’s breeding area was awarded the title of National Aquatic Healthy Farming Demonstration Area by the Ministry of Agriculture. Building on the large-scale shallow-sea shellfish conservation efforts, Haixing Group implemented a strategy of fostering leading brands. In 2000, trademarks such as "Estuary" and "Changying" were successfully registered. In 2001, the company participated in the Beijing International Agricultural Expo and won the title of Famous Brand Product. In 2010, the "Estuary" Clam was selected as a favorite Yellow River Estuary brand agricultural product in Dongying’s inaugural poll, and the same year, the "Changying" trademark was honored as a Famous Trademark of Shandong Province. Haixing Village has been awarded numerous honors by central, provincial, municipal, and district authorities, including "National Civilized Village," "Shandong Province Tourism Characteristic Village," "Double-Civilization Village," "Advanced Unit in Comprehensive Social Security Management," "Safe and Civilized Village," "Economic Champion Village," "Well-Off Civilization Village," "Provincial-Level Sanitary Village," and "Village Fully Achieving Well-Off Status."
