Lifu Hot Spring Tourism Resort is a national AAA-level tourist attraction. The project is located in the heart of the 41,000-acre ecological forest of the Longju Yellow River Forest Park, boasting abundant natural resources, convenient transportation, and complete infrastructure. Covering an area of 695,263 square meters, the project has a planned total investment of 780 million yuan. The overall plan includes three parks, two zones, and two centers. The three parks are: the Exotic Fruit Park, the Flower Garden, and the Fishing Park (covering an area of 460,206 square meters); the two zones are: the Hot Spring Resort Area (covering 146,520 square meters) and the Elderly Care Zone (161,838 square meters); the two centers are: the Tourist Reception Center (with a construction area of 12,700 square meters) and the Outdoor Adventure Activity Center (covering an area of 13,320 square meters). The second phase of the project involves the construction of the Hot Spring Resort Area and a children’s water park. The second-phase project covers a total area of 146,520 square meters. Upon completion, it will become the most fashionably designed and modern hot spring fitness-oriented leisure resort in China, also filling the market gap for high-end tourism in Dongying. The third phase of the project is the Shengli Lifu Elderly Care Home project.
