The Xinghai Liu Clan Ancestral Hall is a cultural heritage protection unit of Shandong Province.

The Xinghai Liu Clan Ancestral Hall is located in Dushan Town, Juye County, and dates back to the Qing Dynasty.

On June 23, 2015, the Xinghai Liu Clan Ancestral Hall was designated as part of the fifth batch of Provincial-Level Cultural Heritage Protection Units by the People's Government of Shandong Province.

Dushan Town: "Dushan Town is located 14 kilometers southeast of Juye County. It governs 60 administrative villages, has a population of 62,000, covers a total area of 86.6 square kilometers, and includes 100,000 mu of arable land.

Dushan Town is rich in natural resources, with flat terrain, a superior environment, distinct seasons, and abundant rainfall. It is a major producer of wheat, corn, soybeans, peanuts, and cotton, and serves as a breeding base for Luxi Yellow Cattle, Qingshan Sheep, and Small-Tailed Han Sheep.

Dushan Town enjoys convenient transportation and well-developed infrastructure. It lies east of the Tianjin–Shanghai Railway, west of the Beijing–Kowloon Railway, and north of the Xinshi Railway.
