Juye County Museum

Juye Museum is located on the west side of Linzhou People's Park along Qilin Avenue in Juye County. It is a comprehensive museum with a collection of over 12,000 cultural relics, including 212 classified as precious and 13 as national first-class relics. In 2018, with the support of the Juye County Party Committee and County Government, the new museum was completed and opened to the public. The building covers a construction area of 10,600 square meters and an exhibition area of 8,600 square meters, consisting of permanent exhibitions, thematic displays, and temporary exhibitions. It includes eight exhibition halls: The Vast Wilderness Through the Ages, Treasures of Epigraphy, The Grandeur of the Han Dynasty, Museum Collections, Fine Calligraphy and Paintings, Outstanding Figures, Folk Customs and Intangible Heritage, and Temporary Exhibitions. In terms of presentation, the museum combines modern technological displays with traditional exhibition methods to create an atmosphere where past and present collide. Through scene reconstructions and multimedia audiovisual effects, along with a mix of various display techniques, it achieves a dynamic and engaging experience that vividly and objectively showcases the history of Juye. Juye County Museum adheres to a people-oriented approach, allowing visitors to engage in a dialogue with history and appreciate the profound richness of Juye’s historical culture.

Juye County Museum is open to the public free of charge. The sale of tickets or other commercial activities through unauthorized channels is not permitted. Please do not be deceived. Individual visitors are required to follow museum regulations, and group visits require (advance reservation).
