The Tomb of the Eighteen Martyrs in Liulou is a cultural heritage site protected at the provincial level in Shandong Province.

The Tomb of the Eighteen Martyrs in Liulou is located in Liulou Town, Dongming County, Heze City, Shandong Province. On June 23, 2015, it was designated as part of the fifth batch of provincial-level cultural heritage protection units by the People's Government of Shandong Province.

Liulou Town: Located in the southwestern part of Dongming County, Liulou Town lies within the semi-floodplain area of the Yellow River. The land here is fertile, water resources are abundant, and the climate is pleasant. The Mengyang Red Pomegranate has emerged as a new economic growth point for the town and has begun to take shape.

Since 2000, the Party Committee and government of Liulou Town have conducted multiple on-site inspections, market surveys, and expert analyses. In 2001, they introduced the new Mengyang Red Pomegranate variety, invested over 300,000 yuan, purchased 140,000 seedlings, and widely planted them across 15 administrative villages in the town.
