Dean Luo Han Bridge

The Dean Luo Han Bridge is a cultural relic protection unit of Jiangxi Province.

The Luo Han Bridge is located on the left side of Dongfeng Avenue in the county town. It was originally built in the Xining era (1068 AD) during the reign of Emperor Shenzong of the Song Dynasty and rebuilt in the Daguang Dinghai year (1107 AD) during the reign of Emperor Huizong of the Song Dynasty. It is a single-arch bridge. Constructed from granite with a mortise-and-tenon structure, it has a total length of 18 meters and a width of 5 meters. With its elegant design, the bridge was discovered in recent years during the dredging of an ancient river channel in the county town. Its arch bears inscriptions marked with construction dates, including records of the construction and donations. Among ancient bridges from the Song Dynasty in Jiangxi, it is as renowned as the Guanyin Bridge on Mount Lu.
