Cross-industry and cross-sector integration achieves full convergence of culture, tourism, and commerce

“Seeking capital for urban development and connecting tourism investment with cities” was the mission of the 2015 China Cities & Tourism Annual Conference. Bringing together the four major industries of cities, tourism, capital, and real estate, the event invited fifty Chinese mayors to engage in dialogue with fifty leading investors, sparking thought and facilitating tangible connections. Executive Director Zhu Shanzhong of the United Nations World Tourism Organization sent a congratulatory letter, while Wang Zhonglei, President of Huayi Brothers Group, delivered a video message of support.

The first release was the Beautiful China Urban Leisure Zone Plan in China. This initiative aims to transform single-type tourism and leisure products into diversified, integrated offerings, providing an exclusive multi-resource platform encompassing food, accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, shopping, and entertainment to build urban area brands and enhance the added value of cultural tourism and real estate living environments.
