The main feature of Shuizhai Folk Custom Park is a natural and man-made lake covering an area of over 400 acres. The water is crystal clear and remains full all year round without overflowing. The lake is surrounded on all sides by rolling mountains and towering ancient trees, with broadleaf forests mixed with clusters of bamboo. The harmonious blend of lake and mountain scenery is breathtakingly beautiful. The mountain behind Longquan Lake is called Longquan Mountain.

Walking up along the foot of Longquan Mountain, you’ll find exquisitely built water town-style structures such as bamboo gateways, bamboo houses, and wooden cabins. The bamboo houses are not only rustic and elegant but also spacious and bright, providing visitors with a place to rest and enjoy various recreational activities. Here, in addition to playing chess, cards, or karaoke, visitors can also experience rural fun such as eating bamboo-tube rice, wearing Red Army uniforms, and taking part in farm chores.
