【Construction Control Zone】: The boundary is defined by the protected area, extending 5 meters eastward to the fire lane, 5 meters westward to the fire lane, 10 meters southward to Wenchang Road, and 3 meters northward to Ping'an Insurance Company. Maximum construction height: 4 meters. Area: 1,091.65 square meters.

Located in the central part of Yiyang County on the north bank of the Xin River, the town covers an area of 10 square kilometers, governing 3 village committees and 4 neighborhood committees, with a total population of over 60,000. Yijiang Town is a transportation hub of Yiyang County. The Zhejiang–Jiangxi Railway runs across Yiyang, with Yiyang Station situated within the town.
