[Construction Control Zone]: The protected area is bounded by the protection zone itself, extending 3 meters northward, 5 meters westward, 20 meters eastward, and 4 meters southward. Construction control height: 10 meters. Area: 1137.44

Zhongban Township: Located in the northwest of the county seat, Zhongban Township borders Zhangshudun Town to the east, Guixi City to the west, Wanli Township to the south, and Sanxianling Farm to the north. It covers a total area of 152 square kilometers, with 36,010.1 mu of arable land (including 1,367.6 mu of dry land), over 157,000 mu of mountainous land, and 7,236 mu of water surface. It administers 11 administrative villages, 139 village groups, 8,296 households, a population of 344,490, and a labor force of 14,571.
