Yingtan West Lake Wetland Park is located in the western part of Yingtan’s main urban area, bordered by Bailu River to the east, the railway line to the south, the east side of West Lake Road to the west, and the old National Highway 206 to the north. The planned area covers approximately 105 hectares, including about 43 hectares of water bodies and around 49.5 hectares of green space, with a greening rate of 47%. The total investment in Yingtan West Lake Wetland Park is approximately 300 million yuan.

The park combines traditional landscaping with modern styles (attractions and features), striving to reflect the themes of “nature” and “ecology.” The overall landscape is pleasing to the eye, giving visitors a sense of harmonious rhythm.

The functional zones of Yingtan West Lake Wetland Park include: the wetland conservation area (Egret Field, Waterfowl Garden, Birdsong Forest, Hidden Bird Watching Spot, Virtual Bird Paradise, etc.), the restoration and reconstruction area (Wetland Adventure Base, Reed Maze, Wellness Center, Mud Sports, RV Campsite, etc.), the education and exhibition area (Wetland Cultural Scenic Belt, Reed Sea Wedding Photography Base, Wetland Museum, etc.), the rational use area (Waterfront Inn, Dock, Snack Street, Flower and Bird Market, Folk Shopping Street, etc.), and the management and service area (Visitor Service Center, Tourist Reception Center, etc.).
