Yuquan Farmstead

I. General Information: Yuquan Farmstead is located in Yushan Village, Wenfeng Town, Jishui County, Jiangxi Province, adjacent to National Highway 105 and the Fujian–Ji’an Expressway interchange. It is 10 kilometers from Ji’an City and 5 kilometers from Jishui County, serving as a key transportation hub for the entry and exit of Jishui from three neighboring counties: Xingan, Xiajiang, and Yongfeng. Established in 1999, the farmstead spans over 500 acres and integrates various functions including gardens, three-dimensional breeding, leisure fishing, dining and accommodation, board games and entertainment, conference and training facilities, karaoke, fitness and vacation, as well as fruit picking. It has been recognized as a Provincial Demonstration Site for Leisure Agriculture and Rural Tourism, and a National Three-Star Enterprise in Leisure Agriculture and Rural Tourism.

II. Main Features: The farmstead currently features an ethnic wooden village covering 500 square meters, consisting of a main building, sightseeing pavilions, and rest shelters—all constructed with bamboo in the unique architectural style of ethnic minorities in Guizhou. The design is distinctive, offering comfort and leisure. There is also a large wild boar farm with an annual output of 1,000 wild boars and 10,000 pheasants. The property includes two small reservoirs spanning 60 acres each, a 5-acre ecological vegetable garden, and an 80-acre ecological orchard. A wide range of leisure and experiential activities are available, making it both enriching and entertaining. These include leisure fishing, dining and accommodation, board game entertainment, karaoke, fitness and vacation experiences, agricultural activities, and an open-air sports field.

III. Service Offerings: Dining and accommodation, leisure fishing, board game entertainment, fitness and vacation, agricultural experience, and the capacity to host conferences for around 300 people.

IV. Local Specialties: Off-season loquats, premium grapes, Shandong fresh jujubes, and Jinggang honey pomelos.

V. Travel Routes: From Ji’an to Jishui, take bus 301 along National Highway 105 for approximately 10 kilometers; from the Fujian–Ji’an Expressway exit to Jishui, follow National Highway 105 for about 1.5 kilometers.

Yushan Village: Introduction to Yushan Village

Yushan Village, Wenfeng Town, Jishui County, is situated on the eastern side of National Highway 105, in the southeastern part of Jishui County, 6 kilometers from the county seat. Both the Beijing–Kowloon Railway line and the under-construction Fujian–Ji’an Expressway pass through the village. The village administers 12 villager groups, 12 natural villages, 201 households, and 856 residents, including 24 Communist Party members. The village currently has 2,248 acres of arable land, 3,204.9 acres of forested land, nearly 600 acres of orchards, and 120 acres of reservoirs and wetlands.
