Fairy Pool of Jinggang Mountain
One of the Five Dragon Pools in Jinggang Mountain. It is the most beautifully shaped among the five pools. At the waterfall’s outlet, there is a coiled, stone-like formation resembling a bun. The water splits into two streams that wind around before merging again under the stone and flowing down in a winding path. From a distance, the fifth pool’s waterfall looks like a fairy in a flowing robe and skirt dancing gracefully, with extremely distinct lines and contours—hence the name Fairy Pool. The Fairy Pool Waterfall has a drop of over forty meters, with a wide pool surface and unfathomable depth.
