Five Hundred Li Jinggang Tea Seed Oil
Five Hundred Li Jinggang First Cold-Pressed Tea Seed Oil is made from high-quality wild camellia seeds sourced from the Jinggang Mountain area. Using a "back to basics" traditional pressing method, it is extracted as the first press of pure oil. It boasts a rich aroma, pure quality, light color, and is both nutritious and hygienic. Free from aflatoxin, cholesterol, and any contamination from chemical solvents, it is rich in Vitamin E and unsaturated fatty acids. It retains the natural flavor and taste of traditionally pressed tea seed oil while meeting national quality standards.
[Ingredients] Fatty acids (93% unsaturated fatty acids, including 83% oleic acid and 10% linoleic acid), camellioside, phospholipids, saponins, Vitamin E, tannins. The sapogenins with confirmed structures include: 22a-hydroxyl alcohol, yu-rei alcohol A1, sapogenin ST-1, camellia sapogenin B, theasapogenol B, and theasapogenol E.
[Functions] Rich in monounsaturated fatty acids, long-term consumption can help lower cholesterol, prevent hypertension, heart disease, and arteriosclerosis, offering protective benefits for the heart and blood vessels. Ancient texts such as the “Complete Treatise on Agriculture” and “Supplements to the Compendium of Materia Medica” record that tea seed oil can moisten the intestines, cleanse the stomach, kill bacteria, detoxify, clear the liver, reduce blood pressure, and accelerate wound healing. Camellioside has anti-cancer properties, making it an ideal health oil for postpartum women and the elderly. It has a high smoke point (heat-resistant). Contains abundant essential unsaturated fatty acids that the human body cannot synthesize on its own. Other vegetable oils may produce small amounts of harmful substances such as benzene and benzo(a)pyrene when heated to 120°C, but tea seed oil remains stable even at 150°C, making it especially suitable for frying.
