Shuiwei Pagoda. Shuiwei Mountain Pagoda (commonly known as the Literary Wind Pagoda) was first built during the late Ming Dynasty (1632–1634). The mountain is about 3,000 meters high, and the pagoda stands at the summit. It has nine levels, each 3 meters tall, and is entirely constructed from mountain stones. The surrounding area is picturesque, with green mountains and clear waters. Every year on the Double Ninth Festival, students and elders often climb to the top of Shuiwei Mountain to admire the grand architecture of the pagoda and enjoy the scenic views of the mountain.
