Exhibition City is located in the bustling center of Yongchun County and serves as an important commercial and trade hub in the area. Since the reform and opening-up, Yongchun County has achieved remarkable leaps in both its economy and various social sectors, with rapid growth in both industrial and agricultural production. The county has made outstanding achievements in comprehensive agricultural development. It is recognized as a national citrus production base, a national advanced county in the edible fungi industry, a key base for Oolong tea production and export in the province, and a renowned hometown of tea and fruit. In 1994, it ranked among the top 100 counties (cities) in China in terms of total fruit output. In recent years, Yongchun’s industry has risen rapidly, with over 2,000 industrial enterprises of various ownership types across more than 20 sectors including mining, electricity, chemicals, ceramics, building materials, machinery manufacturing, food processing, and pharmaceuticals. These enterprises offer more than 1,000 different products and have developed a number of high-quality and distinctive items, such as Yongchun aged vinegar, Yangpi Powder, lacquered baskets, and mandarin oranges. These products have maintained a strong reputation in domestic and international markets.

The Exhibition City has four floors: the first and second floors are exhibition halls, while the third and fourth floors house office and service facilities. The total construction area is 9,164.9 square meters.
