The total investment is 20.1 million RMB.

The Yu Guangzhong Literature Museum is located in Huashi Community, Taocheng Town, Yongchun County, boasting a beautiful natural ecological environment and convenient transportation. The Yu Guangzhong Literature Museum has a total construction area of 4,000 square meters and draws inspiration from the traditional architectural style of Yongchun’s rural areas, using a white-wall-and-grey-tile facade that symbolizes the literary essence of black ink on white paper. The Yu Guangzhong Literature Museum will primarily focus on exhibiting literary works and literature, while also offering space for exhibitions, a celebrity hall, and a stage theater. Yu Guangzhong said, “I will donate some manuscripts, handwritten notes, photos, and cultural relics. Although the literature museum bears my name, it will also feature works by others, such as paintings and memorabilia by my uncle, Yu Chengyao.” A native of Yongchun, Fujian, Yu Guangzhong was born in Nanjing in 1928, moved to Hong Kong with his parents in 1948, and then to Taiwan the following year. He has been active in the literary world for over half a century, and both he and his poetry have become cultural icons of cross-strait sentiment. His poem "Nostalgia" has resonated strongly with Chinese people around the world for many years.
