Snow Mountain is hailed as the “Lu Mountain of Southern Fujian” and is the most prominent peak among the Yongchun mountain range as well as the source of the Dongxi River in the Jinjiang River system. Within the scenic area, the Dongxi Grand Canyon lies at the heart of Snow Mountain, which is the highest peak in Yongchun County, and also the source of the Dongxi River, the mother river of Quanzhou. The Drunken Wind Garden is the highest-altitude scenic viewing platform in a beautiful rural setting across Quanzhou City and serves as one of the best summer retreats. The Snow Mountain Elegant Odes Leisure Resort boasts flowers blooming in all four seasons. Visitors can tour a winery and experience farm life such as digging for bamboo shoots in spring, harvesting rice in autumn, and unearthing sweet potatoes in winter. There is also a highland fishing area and a grass sledding zone where guests can take part in activities like real-life CS battle games, outdoor bonfire barbecues, water park fun, and high-altitude challenges—offering both excitement and adventure.
