Baiyun Chan Temple on Liangye Mountain is a cultural relic protection unit of Fujian Province.

Baiyun Chan Temple on Liangye Mountain is located in Kengtou Village, Zhongbao Town, Wuping County. It was first built during the Song Dynasty and rebuilt in the 61st year of the Kangxi reign of the Qing Dynasty (1722). Facing northwest and situated southeast, the temple complex consists of a base platform, main gate, front hall, courtyard, main hall, and side wings, covering an area of 560 square meters. The walls, beams, and pillars are all constructed from stone. The front hall has three bays in width and one bay in depth. The main hall houses eight large stone pillars from the Yuan Dynasty, with three bays in width and four bays in depth. Associated relics include an ordinary stupa built in the 14th year of the Kangxi reign of the Qing Dynasty (1675). The temple is a rare example of Yuan Dynasty stone architecture imitating wooden structures.

Zhongbao Town: Zhongbao Town is located in the northeastern part of Wuping County, Longyan City, Fujian Province, about 45 kilometers from the county seat. The town governs 21 administrative villages, with 6,765 households and a population of 28,325. The total land area is 175.5 square kilometers, including 19,400 mu of arable land and 201,000 mu of forested land. The area is rich in mineral resources such as limestone, granite, gold, silver, and copper. Limestone reserves exceed 80 million tons, ranking first in the county; granite reserves are 2.4 million cubic meters, and gold, silver, and copper reserves are 12, 1,766, and 94,815 tons respectively, with a potential economic value of up to 5 billion yuan.
