The Tomb of the Song Dynasty Directorate of Ceremonial Supervisor is a cultural relic protection unit of Fujian Province.

The Tomb of the Song Dynasty Directorate of Ceremonial Supervisor is located in Qin Ying Village, Xibu Town, Dongshan County, and dates back to the Qing Dynasty.

Description: When the last emperor of the Song Dynasty, Zhao Bing, fled south to Dongshan Island, Pan Muqi from Qin Ying Village sacrificed his life while resisting the Yuan army in an attempt to save Zhao Bing. The tomb faces southwest and is situated to the northeast, constructed with lime-soil mixture and granite. The gravestone is inscribed in intaglio with the text “Tomb of Mr. Pan Muqi, Male Directorate of Ceremonial Supervisor, Granted by Imperial Decree.”

In 2013, the Tomb of the Song Dynasty Directorate of Ceremonial Supervisor was designated as part of the eighth batch of provincial-level cultural relic protection units by the People's Government of Fujian Province.

Qin Ying Village: Introduction to Qin Ying Village

Qin Ying is located along the southeastern coast of Xibu Town, backed by mountains on one side and surrounded by sea on three sides. It covers an area of 2,911.1 mu, including 1,503 mu of mountainous land and 1,518 mu of forest land. The village has a total of 282 households, with a population of 1,132 people. It includes one Party branch with 36 Party members, and 86 fishing boats. The village has been honored with titles such as “Municipal ‘Safe Community,’” “County Civilized Village,” and “Municipal Advanced Unit for Resettlement and Assistance of Released and Rehabilitated Individuals.”
