Xinghua Agricultural Comprehensive Demonstration Manor was established in 1997. It is located in the northwestern part of Anhui Province, 7.5 kilometers west of downtown Woyang and 1.5 kilometers south of Provincial Highway 307, within the territory of Chenda Town. The manor covers a total area of 675 mu, including: Phase I project of 395 mu with an investment of 1.355 million yuan, which has been completed, and Phase II project is about to commence. Currently, the roads within Woyang Xinghua Agricultural Comprehensive Demonstration Manor are well-connected, and the water surfaces and landscaped gardens are thoughtfully arranged. There are over 200 mu of available water bodies, with 65 mu planted as various floral and nursery gardens, totaling 25,000 plants. The manor has collected 16 types of native tree species, nearly 20,000 trees, introduced nearly 50,000 various greening saplings, 13 types of flowers and 21 varieties, totaling nearly 10,000 plants. Projects currently open to visitors include fishing, leisure, dining, entertainment, fruit picking, and boat rides. Over the years, with strong support from the local Party committee and the Municipal Tourism Bureau, Woyang Xinghua Agricultural Comprehensive Demonstration Manor has strived diligently to foster a new highlight for the city’s tourism industry. In September of this year, the manor successfully passed the acceptance inspection by the expert team from the Provincial Tourism Bureau. On October 24, 2006, the Provincial Tourism Bureau and the Provincial Agriculture Commission jointly awarded it the title of Provincial Agritainment Tourism Demonstration Site (Wan Lv Ji Cai Zi [2006] No. 33), making it the first tourist attraction in the city to receive this provincial-level agritainment recognition. In January 2010, it was rated as a three-star agritainment site by the Provincial Tourism Bureau.

Chenda Town: Chenda Town is located in the northwestern part of Woyang County, bordered by the Guohe River to the north and the ancient town of Yimen to the west. Provincial Highway S307 runs through the town, providing very convenient land and water transportation.

The town covers a total area of 63 square kilometers, with jurisdiction over 15 village committees, 63,000 mu of cultivated land, and a population of 53,109. The land here is fertile, the produce abundant, and the people simple and honest. The main crops include wheat, soybeans, and miscellaneous grains. In particular, the livestock breeding industry is developing rapidly, making it a major agricultural town and a livestock production base in the county.
