Bozhou Yimen Mosque is a cultural relic protection unit of Anhui Province.

Yimen Mosque is located in Yimen Town, Guoyang County, with its main gate facing east. It serves as a place where imams preach Islamic scriptures and teachings to the Muslim community. Covering an area of 3,600 square meters, the mosque was first built in the early Yuan Dynasty. It was once destroyed in war but later restored. The existing prayer hall consists of five bays (the main hall), featuring double-beam construction, columned corridors, lattice windows and doors, and stands on an 80-centimeter-high platform, making the building tall, spacious, and bright. There are five bays each for the southern and northern lecture halls. At the eastern end of the northern lecture hall stands an ancient Chinese honey locust tree, beneath which lies a wordless stone tablet measuring 2.5 meters in length and 90 centimeters in width. The front has two layers of gates: the outer gate consists of two bays and is a Qing Dynasty structure built with bricks and tiles, topped with gray small tiles and adorned with dragon-patterned ridge ornaments. The second gate is newly built, in the form of a two-story building with two bays. It is a county-level key cultural relics protection unit.

Protected area: 5 meters west of the back wall of the main prayer hall, 2 meters forward from the front gate to Guangming Street, 3 meters south of the compound wall, and 3 meters north of the compound wall to residential buildings.

Construction control zone: Extending 15 meters forward to the east side of Guangming Street beyond the protected area, reaching the eastern bank of Yaba Pit behind, and extending 10 meters north and south respectively.

Yimen Town: Yimen Town is the western gateway of Guoyang, covering a total area of 59.7 square kilometers, with a town area of 4.6 square kilometers. It governs 12 village committees, 4 neighborhood committees, 204 natural villages, 53,000 mu of arable land, a population of 59,800, including 22,000 urban residents and 18,000 Hui people. The Guo River flows eastward through the town, and Provincial Highway S307 is located on the south bank of the river. It is 20 kilometers east to the county seat and 35 kilometers west to Bozhou Station on the Beijing-Kowloon Railway, offering extremely convenient transportation.
