Bagongxian Pavilion is a classical-style garden built in Bagongshan Town, Huainan City. Located at the site of the ancient alchemical well of Liu An, the King of Huainan during the Western Han Dynasty, and at the foot of Bagong Mountain—famous for the historical tale “Wind-swept cranes and soldiers mistaking trees and grass for enemy troops”—the garden lies within the territory of Bagong Mountain in Huainan City. Covering a total area of 100 mu, it was established in the spring of 1985. The main structures in the garden include the Bagong Pavilion, Bagong Group Sculpture, Bagongxian Pavilion Stele Pavilion, Hui Cui Tea House, Xiang Zhe Xie Yun Dou, Ju Xing Well, winding corridors, zigzag bridges, rockeries and waterfalls, fish-viewing ponds, stone carvings, and paleontological fossils. The garden is dignified and elegant, embodying the charm of a Jiangnan-style garden.

The name of Bagongxian Pavilion Garden is inscribed in cursive script by the renowned calligrapher Zhang Jianzhong. The main structure, the Bagong Pavilion, is a two-story pavilion, adjacent to the Bagongxian Pavilion Stele Pavilion and the Qian Dun-level rockery waterfall forming the Xie Yun Dou, the Seven-Star Bridge, and the central garden pond. Another key structure is the Hui Cui Tea House hall, whose name is inscribed by the famous calligrapher Li Bainian.

Bagongshan Town: Bagongshan Town in Huainan City is located at the foot of Bagong Mountain and by the Huai River, enjoying picturesque scenery with mountains and water nearby. The town covers an area of 27 square kilometers, governs 9 administrative villages, and has a population of over 11,000. Originally known as Shenxiang Township, it was upgraded to a town in March 1990.

The town has established 14 functional departments including the Party and Government Office, Family Planning Office, Agricultural Commission, and Urban Construction Office.
