Starting May 5, Tigerair Taiwan will launch direct flights between Taipei and Daegu, becoming the only airline in Taiwan offering nonstop flights from Taipei to Daegu, South Korea, providing Taiwanese travelers with a unique new way to explore Korea. By leveraging the Taipei–Daegu direct route, Tigerair Taiwan has also partnered with five domestic travel agencies to offer combined itineraries that include side trips to Busan, Gyeongju, and Seoul, allowing visitors to experience the top attractions of Korea’s three major cities in one trip.

Daegu, the capital of North Gyeongsang Province, is located in the southeastern part of South Korea. As one of the country’s six metropolitan cities and the fourth-largest city, it boasts not only mountains, temples, and historic sites but also a highly developed fashion industry. Strolling between modern architecture and cultural heritage offers a uniquely delightful experience.
