Baxian Pavilion Park

Baxianxian Pavilion is a classical-style garden park built in 1985 by Baggenshan Town, Huainan City. It is located at the site of the Dan Well of Liu An, the King of Huainan during the Western Han Dynasty, and at the foot of Bagong Mountain, known for the phrase “the wind sounds like cranes and the trees and grass seem like enemy soldiers.” The park covers a total area of 100 acres. Its main structures include the Baxian Pavilion, the Baxian Group Sculpture, the Baxianxian Pavilion Stele Pavilion, the Huicui Tea House, the Juxing Well, winding corridors, zigzag bridges, rockeries with waterfalls, fish-viewing ponds, stone carvings, and paleontological fossils. The park is dignified and elegant, featuring the characteristics of a classical Jiangnan-style garden.
