Shanchong Mosque is a cultural tourism attraction.

Shanchong Mosque is located in Shanchong Village, Miaoshan Forest Farm (State-owned), Bagongshan District. The mosque was originally built during the Xuanhe era of the Northern Song Dynasty. Within the temple grounds stands a ginkgo tree over 800 years old, with a thick trunk that can be encircled by four people. Its canopy resembles a giant umbrella, providing shade over an area of 400 square meters. Beside the tree is also a polygonatum plant, with a main stem as thick as a child’s arm, which is regarded as a treasured relic of the temple and is carefully protected by the local community.
