The Qingyang Songchong Bingshan Revolutionary Memorial Hall is a municipal-level cultural heritage protection unit in Chizhou.

The Qingyang Songchong Bingshan Revolutionary Memorial Hall is located in Songchong Group, Songchong Village, Youhua Town, Qingyang County. Dating back to the Republican era, it is categorized as a modern-era significant historical site and representative building.

On March 4, 2020, the Chizhou Municipal People's Government designated it as part of the fifth batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units in Chizhou.

Protected Area: The east, south, and north sides are respectively bounded by the foundation of the memorial hall, with an additional 10 meters outside the foundation on the east, 2 meters outside the wing room foundation on the west, 8 meters outside the foundation on the south, and 10 meters outside the foundation on the north.

Construction Control Zone: An area within 10 meters outside the protected area on the east, west, south, and north.

Songchong Village: Songchong Village in Youhua Township is located in the southeastern part of Qingyang County. It is a newly merged village formed from the former Songchong Village and Sanyuan Village, and is also a historic red revolutionary base and mountainous region. It is 5 kilometers away from the township government seat. To the east, it borders Zhongcun, Hou’an, and Baohe Townships in Jing County; to the south, it connects with Tianwu Village; to the west, it links to Youhua Forest Farm; and to the north, it adjoins Eryou Village. The village covers an area of 16.5 square kilometers, comprising 12 villager groups, 396 households, and 1,385 residents. The forested mountain area spans 17,365 mu, with 720 mu of paddy fields, 320 mu of mulberry gardens, and 206 mu of tea plantations.
