Fulang Tower

Fulang Tower is a cultural relic protection unit of Xiuning County.

Fulang Tower, also known as the “Shuikou Divine Mound,” is located in Fulang Village to the south of Haiyang Town, facing Xunfeng Tower across a stream. Built in the 22nd year of the Wanli reign during the Ming Dynasty (1594), it is a pavilion-style brick pagoda. Octagonal in shape with seven stories, only four stories remain, yet its external structure is well-preserved, with a current height of about 17 meters. The protruding double eaves, made of bricks, are exquisitely crafted. Each brick measures 1 chi in length, 5 cun in width, and 3 cun in thickness, inscribed with the characters “Wanli Guisi Yin” or “Wanli Guisi Su.” It is now a key cultural relic protection unit of Xiuning County.
