Hengjiang Water Conservancy Scenic Area is a national water conservancy scenic area.

Hengjiang Water Conservancy Scenic Area is located in Xiuning County, Huangshan City. It was developed based on the Hengjiang Water Environment Comprehensive Management Project, along with the Wan'an Dam and Chuanhu Dam. The scenic area spans 4.91 square kilometers, including 2.04 square kilometers of water area, and is classified as an urban river-lake type water conservancy scenic area.

In recent years, Xiuning County has achieved the “Four Goals” of flood control security, clear river water, ecological riverside scenery, and a livable urban environment through measures such as relocating enterprises, reinforcing dangerous structures, managing the water environment, and implementing soil and water conservation. The county’s flood control standard has been raised from a partial capacity of 10–15 years to an overall standard of 20 years, water quality has reached Class III or above, effectively improving the ecological environment of Xiuning County. Within the scenic area lies the ancient town of Wan'an, which was first built in the late Sui Dynasty. It has been listed as a “Famous Historical and Cultural Town of China” and is hailed as the “Along the River During the Qingming Festival” of ancient Huizhou, representing the culture of the Huizhou merchants.
