The former site of the headquarters of the CPC Wan–Zhe–Gan Provincial Committee is a National Key Cultural Relics Protection Unit, a classic red tourism destination, and a patriotic education base.

The former site of the headquarters of the CPC Wan–Zhe–Gan Provincial Committee is located in Shiwukeng Village, Wangcun Town, Xiuning County. Originally the home of farmer Zhang Zhizhou, it was built in 1924, measuring 11 meters in length, 9 meters in width, covering a ground area of 99 square meters, with three floors and an overall floor space of approximately 160 square meters. In April 1936, after the establishment of the CPC Wan–Zhe–Gan Provincial Committee, the provincial committee's office was housed in this building. The house contains two watchtowers, with the second floor serving as the residence of the provincial party secretary Guan Ying and others, and the third floor housing a small printing workshop of the provincial committee.

Centered around Shiwukeng Village, the CPC Wan–Zhe–Gan Provincial Committee and the Wan–Nan Independent Regiment of the Red Army waged a three-year guerrilla war. With strong support and coordination from local revolutionary masses, they dealt a heavy blow to the reactionary Kuomintang forces. In nearby dense forests such as Getengwu, Yezhitang, Luosidang, and Pingbilin, remnants can still be found today, including secret shelters established by peasant squads and the Red Guards, a Red Army hospital, and trenches dug by the Red Army. About 50 meters from the former site lies the Red Army House, which was used by the Red Army for meetings, rest, and training.
