Hecity Township: A township under the jurisdiction of Xiuning County. Established as Hedai Township in 1952, renamed Hecity Commune in 1958, and changed back to a township in 1983. In 1992, it was merged into Liukou Town, and then re-established as Hecity Township in 1994 after being split from Liukou Town. Located in the southwestern part of the county, it is 46.7 kilometers from the county seat. Covering an area of 130.8 square kilometers, it has a population of 8,000. The Yuting–Fengcun Highway passes through the area. It administers nine village committees: Yutang, Didian, Meixi, Zhangtian, Tianshe, Fengcun, Simen, Zuolong, and Youlong.
