It is the largest village in Haiyang Town, formed through the administrative division adjustment of the former three administrative villages—Shoucun, Bazhuang, and Linxi. It borders Shangshan Township to the east, the mountain boundary of Yuetaan Village, Wucheng Town to the south, Chenxia Township to the west, and Shangli Village to the north.
