The former site of the Anhui Provincial Committee of the Chinese Communist Party is a cultural relics protection unit of Anhui Province.

The former site of the Anhui Provincial Committee of the Chinese Communist Party is located on Longmenkou Street in Anqing City, within the premises of the No.1 Middle School. It is now a provincial-level key cultural relics protection unit. This site is the only surviving ancient building from the original Confucian Temple complex and has largely retained its original appearance. The Anhui Provincial Committee of the Chinese Communist Party was established in May 1926 and was one of the eight directly Central-affiliated regional committees and six local committees nationwide. It was successively led by Guo Shijie, Li Zhusheng, and Ke Qingshi. This site also served as the former location of the Anqing Local Committee of the Communist Youth League. It is now used as the school history museum of No.1 Middle School.

The Anhui Provincial Committee of the Chinese Communist Party was one of the six directly Central-led regional committees (in addition to eight district committees) at the time and holds an important historical position in the revolutionary struggle history of Anhui. The site was originally part of the Qing Dynasty Confucian Temple complex, covering an area of 410 square meters, and now partially functions as an exhibition room for the history of Anqing No.1 Middle School.
