Chazhong Ecological Park is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Nestled at the foot of Tianlin Shuzhu Mountain in Fajiaoninxiankou Village, Pujiaoyuantan Town, Chazhong Ecological Park was initially established as a villa retreat. Located approximately 18 kilometers from Qianshan County, from afar, the landscape unfolds with rolling hills and ponds—mountains and water in abundance, creating a spectacular sight well worth visiting.

The development of Chazhong Ecological Park began in December 2004 and has since taken shape. The park covers an area of over 1,000 acres, including more than 700 acres of “slope-to-terrace” land, where various fruit trees are planted such as plum, jujube, kiwi, peach, pomegranate, seedless persimmon, as well as a variety of flowers and 200 acres of pollution-free vegetables. The park also features 25 wooden cabins that can accommodate up to 100 people for food and lodging. Every spring, when peach blossoms bloom like snow and flowers blaze like rainbows, visitors flock here to enjoy the scenery; in autumn, when fruits hang heavy on the branches, guests come in droves to pick fresh produce and unwind during a delightful holiday.

Yuantan Town: Located at the eastern foothills of the picturesque, nationally renowned Tianzhu Mountain, Yuantan Town lies against the Dabie Mountains and faces the Yangtze River, adjacent to Tongcheng and Huaining counties. The terrain is complex, with significant elevation differences between mountains, hills, and valleys. The area boasts abundant freshwater resources, including three major rivers: the Dasha, Lutan, and Fanzhuang. The planned Xiahushan Reservoir will be situated upstream of the Dasha River, and the region is also home to large and medium-sized reservoirs such as Hongqi, Huanghetang, and Yuejin. Provincial Highway 209 runs through the town, which is 18 kilometers away from both the Hefei-Jiujiang Railway and the Shanghai-Chengdu Expressway.
