Tianlong Pass Scenic Area is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction.

Tianlong Pass Scenic Area, known as the "Southern Heavenly Gate" and also referred to as "a marvelous pass beneath Tianzhu Mountain."

In February 2016, in accordance with the national standards for the Classification and Evaluation of Tourism Attractions and the Management Measures for Tourism Attraction Quality Grades, and upon recommendation by the relevant municipal tourism attraction quality evaluation agencies, the Anhui Provincial Tourism Attraction Quality Grade Evaluation Committee organized the proposed rating of Tianlong Pass Scenic Area in Anqing City as a national 4A-level tourist attraction.

Tianlong Pass derives its name from the precipitous cliffs on both sides, the deep and serene canyon, and its terrain resembling an ascending dragon soaring to the heavens, exuding a majestic aura. It is located in Shuihou Town, an ancient town 20 kilometers from Qianshan County’s urban area, right beside National Highway 105. The scenic area boasts broad and convenient transportation, with ample reception facilities including large parking lots, a visitor activity center, outdoor sports amenities, and agritainment services.

Shuihou Town: Located in the western part of Qianshan, Shuihou Town covers a total area of 83 square kilometers. The central town is 23 kilometers from the county seat, 84 kilometers from Anqing City, and 30 kilometers from Yuexi County. Due to its proximity to the national scenic area of Tianzhu Mountain, the town features complex and diverse terrain, significant elevation differences, unique mountain landscapes, varied river systems, as well as historical cultural sites such as temples, pavilions, and mountain strongholds. The town has a permanent resident population of 3,000.
