Cliff Inscriptions

Cliff Inscriptions is a cultural tourism attraction.

Tianzhu Mountain boasts numerous cliff inscriptions, including those from the Eastern Han Dynasty and Wei Dynasty steles. These are rare artistic treasures of Chinese calligraphic stone carving and exemplify the major transition in Chinese calligraphy from clerical to regular script. In 1986, they were designated as a National Key Cultural Relics Protection Unit by the State Council.
