Mysterious Valley

Mysterious Valley is one of the great wonders of Tianzhu Mountain, located beneath Feilai Peak. It is hailed as the foremost granite cave secret realm and is known as the “One Marvel of Tianzhu.” Taoists regard it as the Temple of the Cosmic Yuan. The valley boasts an extremely perilous location, stretching five to six li in length. Throughout the valley, massive boulders are strewn about, with deep, treacherous caves clustered closely together. At the valley floor, there are 54 caves of various shapes that gather and intertwine in a complex network — cave connecting to cave, cave nesting within cave, cave within cave, all linked together in a maze-like wonderland where the scenery changes with every step, creating an air of profound mystery. Inside the caves, there are windows, courtyards, gates, stone stairways, and stone railings, forming a winding corridor that suddenly opens up into bright spaces. In narrow sections, visitors must crouch and crawl; in wider areas, several people can stand side by side. Beside the valley, ancient trees twist their gnarled branches like iron-wall paintings; inside the valley, strange rocks and unusual plants resemble a celestial garden on a vermilion terrace, alluring and fascinating.
