Fangjia Flower House is a cultural heritage site protected at the municipal level in Anqing City.

According to genealogical records, this residence was built in the mid-Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty. It was purchased from the Liu family by the 16th-generation ancestor of the Fang family and subsequently rebuilt. The house is of brick-and-wood construction, featuring a layout of three visible bays and five hidden ones, in the Huizhou architectural style. Its unique feature lies in the column capitals of the central and front halls, adorned with a phoenix above and a dragon below. The craftsmanship of the door lintel, bracket sets, hanging ornaments, screen wall, and wooden windows is exquisite, characterized by relief carving, openwork, pierced design, and flat engraving.

Protected area: extends east and west to the side gables, south to the pond ridge, and north to the drip wall of the rear hall.

Construction control zone: 10 meters outside the protected area.

The village covers a total area of 4.47 square kilometers and is a typical hilly region. It comprises 38 villager groups, 853 households, and a total population of 3,254.
