Yingzhen Path

Built in 1988, Yingzhen Path is a winding stone trail that twists through caves and grottoes, crossing peaks such as Dansha, Feihu, Yingzhen, and Shiniu, with a total length of about 3 kilometers. The path is flanked by grotesque rocks and lined with unique pines. Yingzhen Peak is regarded in Taoism as the site where the God of Life is welcomed. Legend has it that in the late Song Dynasty, a dozen women set up a stronghold here to resist the Yuan invaders, and it became commonly known as the Widow’s Fort. Today, relics such as stone mortars, lamp niches, and lookout holes can still be found at the peak, offering a place for reflection.
