The Valley Flowing Spring Cultural Park Scenic Area is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction and a key cultural relic protection unit of China.

The Valley Flowing Spring Cultural Park Scenic Area is located in Fengjing Village, Tianzhushan Town, Qianshan County, Anhui Province. It preserves over 400 stone inscriptions from various dynasties, ranging from the Tang Dynasty (618–907 AD) to the Republican Era (1912–1949), with the largest number from the Song Dynasty (960–1279 AD). The inscriptions are densely distributed on cliff faces, rock outcrops, and riverbeds. The authors of these inscriptions number in the hundreds, with over a hundred identifiable, including notable figures such as Li Dexiu of the Tang Dynasty, Wang Anshi, Huang Tingjian, and Su Dongpo of the Song Dynasty, Hu Zuozong of the Ming Dynasty, and Zhang Kai of the Qing Dynasty. The content of the inscriptions spans a wide range of topics, including astronomy, geography, politics, economy, military affairs, and culture. The styles vary, featuring poetry, odes, historical records, and signatures. The scripts include regular, cursive, clerical, running, and seal scripts.

The three earliest inscriptions in Valley Flowing Spring all date back to the Tang Dynasty and are located on the eastern cliff of Shiniu Ancient Cave. Two of them are inscriptions left by Li Ao, a renowned Tang Dynasty essayist and philosopher, during his visit to the valley while serving as the prefect of Shuzhou. There are over 100 inscriptions from the Song Dynasty in Valley Flowing Spring, with extremely rich content. These include the earliest surviving Northern Song Dynasty inscription in Anhui, dated 989 (the second year of the Duan Gong era), signed by Zhao Fu, Shu Ya, and Huang Mengxi; as well as poetic inscriptions by the famous statesman Wang Anshi, calligraphic works by Huang Tingjian, historical records by Li Shizhong, and poems by Zhang Tongzhi of the Southern Song Dynasty. The cliff inscriptions of Valley Flowing Spring form a natural art museum and historical archive, providing valuable material for the study of historical figures, literary and calligraphic art, as well as natural and social sciences.

Fengjing Village: Located at the southern gateway of the Tianzhu Mountain National Scenic Area, Fengjing Village in Tianzhushan Town, Qianshan County, sits against the Tianzhu Mountain range and faces the Qian River. It is only 8 kilometers from Qianshan County town, with convenient transportation thanks to the Beijing–Hong Kong Expressway passing through the village. Three of the eight major scenic areas of Tianzhu Mountain—the Zhongzu Temple Scenic Area and Jiujing River Scenic Area—are within the village. Several of the “Ten Scenic Spots of Qianyang,” including Xianglin Leigan Cliff Shuyu, Jiujing West Wind, Wutang Dawn Ferry, and Jiudao Flowing Sunset, are closely associated with Fengjing Village. The village boasts picturesque natural scenery and unique cultural landscapes, making it an ideal destination for tourism and investment development.
