The Five Phoenix Tower is an ancient architectural complex located near the Xin Qiao Town Government. Covering an area of 40,000 square meters, the complex consists of 114 rooms spanning over 10,000 square meters. It features a five-courtyard, fifteen-hall layout arranged in a traditional quadrangle design, with a mixed structural system of through-tenon beam framing and raised-beam construction, all topped with eaves and tiled roofing. The over fifty lattice windows are intricately designed, exuding an antique elegance and unique charm. The combination of double-eave hip-and-gable and suspended gable roof styles creates a uniquely styled residential architectural complex in the Jiangnan region.

Xin Qiao Town: Xin Qiao Town is located in the central part of Luqiao District. With a long history and rich cultural heritage, it was already a bustling hub for merchants as early as the Song Dynasty, and was one of the five major market towns of the former Huangyan County.
