Longquan Yucai School Cultural Heritage Exhibition Hall

The Longquan Yucai School Cultural Heritage Exhibition Hall is a patriotic education base.

The Longquan Yucai School Cultural Heritage Exhibition Hall is a multi-themed museum. In April 2009, the Lishui Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government designated our museum as the third batch of patriotic education bases in the city. The exhibition space is divided into three sections: (1) the "Longquan Kiln Celadon" Exhibition, (2) the "Longyuan Historical Sites Exploration" Exhibition, and (3) the Calligraphy, Photography, and Artworks Exhibition. The exhibition hall covers an area of 1,150 square meters, including over 900 square meters of display space. It is equipped with safety and fire protection systems, surveillance and alarm equipment, air conditioning and audio systems, as well as one office, one reception room, and one security room.

The exhibition hall is affiliated with Yucai School. It is staffed with one manager, two workers, and three security guards (one full-time). All funding for the exhibition hall comes from the board of directors of Yucai School.

Since its opening, the exhibition hall has hosted visits, study sessions, and exchange activities from all sectors of society, especially organized group visits by local youth students, achieving excellent results in fostering love for their hometown and enhancing aesthetic education.

In the next phase, the exhibition hall will focus on the three key aspects of education base construction, management, and utilization. It will strengthen patriotic education, promote and cultivate national spirit, advance the ideological and moral development of minors, and play a greater role in driving the cultural development and prosperity of our city.

In May 2013, based on the content of the second exhibition hall, the book "Tracing Longyuan’s Historical Sites" was published by Zhejiang People's Publishing House.
