Since March 2015, the "Snowflake Brave the World Shanghai College Students Challenge the Unclimbed Peak" event has been enthusiastically unfolding across various universities in Shanghai, with over 1,000 college students signing up for this brave challenge hosted by Shanghai Snowflake. After a series of rigorous selections, including preliminary rounds on five campuses such as Shanghai Jiao Tong University and the semi-finals at Suzhou Midi Camp, 20 brave college student warriors ultimately emerged victorious through fierce competition to earn their spots in the Zhejiang Qixingtan finals.
The much-anticipated ultimate selection for the Shanghai division’s final showdown kicked off in Xiazhang Village, Longquan City, Zhejiang, marking the beginning of the Qixingtan finals in the Shanghai division. Twenty college student contestants from various universities in Shanghai were full of energy and ready for action, prepared to take on a variety of courage, perseverance, and intelligence challenges from Snowflake.
However, Qu Yi from Shanghai University was unable to join the team due to an injury, an unexpected situation that left the group with a touch of regret.
From May 9–10, 2015, the finals commenced in the once tranquil Xiazhang Village, which was disrupted by the arrival of 19 young college students.
The sunlight was mild, and the air pleasant. All the events of the Snowflake Brave the World competition had concluded, leaving behind cool water, gentle winds, and a group of youthful, courageous young people. A driver watching them exclaimed, “This is what real youth is all about.” To give up takes courage, to challenge takes courage, and to follow your heart also takes courage. They are a group of people with extraordinary physical ability, strength, bravery, ambition, and a love for adventure. Each of them shines with a diamond-like facet. On the journey to challenge the “Unclimbed Peak,” the unknown and the unexpected will constantly accompany the Snowflake warriors. We look forward to their exciting future performances.
