Ginkgo Grove in Zhanggezhuang Village

The ginkgo grove is located near the entrance of the village. After entering the village from the Jingmi Irrigation Canal, you’ll see a Century Hualian supermarket. Next to the supermarket is a road—follow it to the end, then turn left to see the grove.

Transportation

By car: If coming from the city center, get onto the G6 Beijing–Baotou Expressway, exit at Xiaotangshan, make a slight left turn onto the former G110 auxiliary road and drive 350 meters, turn right rearward onto Baisha Road and drive 1.6 km, cross Dongshahe Bridge and turn left onto Beishahe Middle Road, drive 1.3 km, pass Fengshan Village on the left, head toward Gaoyuanzhong Street/Nanfeng Road, turn right forward onto Gaoyuanzhong Street and drive 270 meters, turn right and continue along Gaoyuanzhong Street for 470 meters, turn left onto Nanfeng Road and drive 3.4 km, turn right at Xuezhe Bridge onto Huaichang Road and drive 1.1 km, turn right at the Jingmi Irrigation Bridge onto Nanbai Road, drive 250 meters, and reach the entrance of Zhanggezhuang Village at the Jingmi Irrigation Bridge.

By bus: Take the subway to Nanshao Station on Line Changping.

1. Exit from Subway Exit B1, cross the street, take Bus Chang 51 for 2 stops, and get off at Zhanggezhuang Village Entrance.

2. Exit from Subway Exit C2, walk south for half an hour to reach Zhanggezhuang.

3. Exit from the subway (preferably Exit C), take an unlicensed taxi (hei che) for 15 RMB to the village.
