Moon Hot Spring is situated within the Nanhu Lake Tourism Resort in Huzhou, adjacent to the Sheraton Moon Resort Hotel marked by its iconic ring. It was invested in and built by Shanghai Feizhou Group, integrating hot spring wellness, spa therapy, leisure vacationing, and sightseeing tourism into a comprehensive hot spring resort hotel.

Moon Hot Spring primarily features Southeast Asian architectural style, covering an area of 20,000 square meters. It makes full use of natural landscape resources — every blade of grass, tree, mountain, and stone — emphasizing zero-distance contact between humans and nature. The best hot springs are defined by two qualities: being natural and having superior water quality. Moon Hot Spring embodies both. After multiple expert evaluations and experimental reports from the Zhejiang Coal Geological Bureau and the Provincial Department of Land and Resources, Moon Hot Spring is classified as a calcium bicarbonate-type fluorine hot spring containing metasilicic acid. The spring water is sourced from the natural thermal springs of “Xiaomei Mountain.” It is colorless, odorless, transparent, and has a delicate texture. The temperature of the pools ranges between 37°C and 45°C. The water contains over ten trace elements including strontium, iodine, selenium, and fluorine, especially high levels of selenium and fluorine, which offer certain medical and beauty benefits for the body.

The entire hot spring resort faces the scenic southern shore of Taihu Lake and consists of the main hot spring reception center, indoor hot spring center, hot spring villa courtyard, and outdoor open-air hot spring area. The first phase indoor hot spring center features an architectural design resembling a “moon” shaped crystal glass dome. Inside, there are 26 uniquely themed hot spring pools scattered throughout a tropical rainforest setting, including zones for Five Elements wellness, organic floral therapy, beauty and skincare, and fish therapy. Within the softly lit and fragrant “dome,” guests can enjoy the caress of spring water, flower petals, green leaves, and soil, while breathing in the fresh scents emitted by the original plants of the natural forest.

The central area of the hot spring main building houses 16 high-end, intelligent SPA therapy and foot bath rooms. Each room features a window balcony view and a private shower. All SPA products are imported from the top-tier Swiss Valmont product line. There is also a luxurious lounge that accommodates 50–80 people, offering complimentary fruit drinks and snacks. The first floor includes a business leisure bar and a Chinese restaurant, serving wellness light meals, buffets, and Western pastries.

The second phase includes a large outdoor open-air hot spring area, 8 hot spring villa courtyards, and 39 villas (including lake-view villas and presidential villas). Among them, the 8 hot spring villa courtyards each feature a private garden hot spring pool and top-tier therapeutic facilities. The open-air hot spring area consists of dozens of dynamic hydrotherapy pools with various functions, spread along the shore of Taihu Lake. While soaking in the pools, guests can take in the four-season scenery of Taihu Lake and forget all their worries.
