Suzhou Jiangnan Agrarian Culture Park is located at the intersection of Miaofeng Highway and Yonggang Avenue in Yonglian Village, Nanfeng Town, Zhangjiagang City. Covering an area of over 500 acres with a total investment of 50 million yuan, the park broke ground in September 2009 and officially opened on July 18, 2010. The park was built according to the overall concept of being a “scaled-down Jiangnan water town,” a functionally rich leisure farm, and a cultural corridor themed around agrarian life.

The cultural park was constructed based on the overall concept of a “scaled-down Jiangnan water town, a functionally rich leisure farm, and a cultural corridor themed around agrarian life.” The main plantings include fruit trees, flowers, and seedlings. The fruit trees are divided into four zones: citrus, stone fruits, pome fruits, and berries. Flowering plants and seedlings are categorized into three areas: herbaceous, woody, and aquatic plants. Amidst the greenery of fruit trees and flowers, nine agrarian culture functional zones have been established: the Agrarian History Zone, Land Reclamation Zone, Jiangnan Breeding Zone, Farmhouse Leisure Zone, Rural Energy Zone, Jiangnan Workshop Zone, Agrarian Proverbs Zone, Farmstead Facilities Zone, and Chinese Zodiac Zone. The park strives to offer visitors opportunities to learn and relax while enjoying the pastoral scenery of Jiangnan and experiencing its agrarian culture.
