Three-Day Free-Travel Trip to Zhangjiajie’s Stunning Peaks and Scenic Waters

    This trip has been in the works for quite some time. Before coming to Zhangjiajie, I read many online travel guides, and I’m truly grateful for the selfless contributions of those who came before me. I also hope this guide can be helpful to fellow travelers heading to Zhangjiajie.

Day 1:

    To make better use of my time, I chose to take an overnight train to Zhangjiajie. After five hours of drowsy travel, I arrived in Zhangjiajie at dawn. The moment I stepped out of the carriage, my body, not yet adjusted to the outside temperature, gave a shiver.
