The Changyinsha Modern Agricultural Demonstration Park covers a total area of 37.5 square kilometers, with 38,000 mu of arable land. Since 2012, it has developed agriculture and tourism in parallel, planning the Changyinsha Eco-Agricultural Tourism Area. In 2013, it was rated as a Four-Star Rural Tourism Destination in Jiangsu Province, and in 2014, it was awarded national AAA-level tourist attraction status. Spring features the Changyinsha Rapeseed Flower Festival, short mini marathons, cycling team races, and Beautiful Countryside Health Walk activities, while autumn offers events such as the Golden Autumn Rural Joy Tour and the Suzhou Rural Tourism "Driving" Carnival. The scenic area consistently adheres to the development concept of "Jiangnan water town, pastoral scenery, and modern farms," with a stylistic charm of "rural, wild, fields, and fun." It strives to highlight the authentic flavors of Jiangnan, creating a tourism experience rich in "Jiangnan water town quality, farm-picking enjoyment, nostalgia for educated youth culture, and eco-agricultural leisure."

The Changyinsha Eco-Agricultural Tourism Area borders the Yangtze River to the east, facing Nantong across the river. It integrates dining, accommodation, business meetings, leisure and entertainment, barbecuing, fishing, fruit and vegetable picking, sightseeing, vacationing, and convalescence into a riverside leisure destination. The resort includes fishing zones, barbecue areas, fruit and vegetable gardens, eco-fishing experience zones, and an educated youth nostalgia area. 1. Educated Youth Culture Theme Museum: Covering 6.7 mu, it features three major themed exhibition halls—"Boundless Land," "Great Achievements," and "Red Collections"—as well as life-sized recreations of a work area office, supply store, canteen, farming tool shed, clinic, and farmhouse. It recreates the scenes of 1,756 educated youths participating in production and life during that time, recording a generation’s years and passing on their spirit. Follow the footsteps of memory, revisiting that era and those times.

2. Orange Grove: The warmth of 32°N latitude and the organic sandy soil of the riverbank nurture the uniquely refreshing and sweet oranges of Changyinsha. In November 2008, the Changxing Citrus Cooperative was established, primarily dealing in the green food product—citrus—under the trademark name "Evergreen." Currently, the citrus base spans 1,400 mu, employing green cultivation methods that focus on organic fertilizers and efficient, low-toxicity pest control techniques. It cultivates premium varieties such as Xinchun and Miyagawa, with oranges ripening from mid-September to late November, yielding an annual output of 2.5 million kilograms. When "the oranges turn red," this autumn scene unfolds here every year. 3. Science and Technology Center: Located in the core area of modern agriculture and adjacent to the Yangtze River, it has a total investment of 20 million yuan, covering 18 mu with a built-up area of nearly 5,000 square meters. This includes 4,000 square meters of laboratory space capable of accommodating 5–6 research institutions, and 825 square meters of exhibition space divided into three functional zones: the "Changyinsha Development Hall," "Zhangjiagang Modern Agriculture Hall," and "Agricultural Science and Technology Hall." These collectively showcase the development journey of Changyinsha, the achievements of modern agriculture in the city, and advancements in agricultural science and technology. The square covers 13,000 square meters. The Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Building serves as the center for showcasing modern agriculture, conducting agricultural science and technology training and exchanges, and transferring agricultural research outcomes.

4. Aoyang Ecological Park: A single flower does not make spring; a garden in full bloom fills the air with fragrance. The grass and trees know spring will soon depart, vying in a riot of color. Established in 2008 with an investment of 320 million yuan by the Aoyang Group, this large-scale ecological farm integrates modern greenhouse facilities, the "Green World," the "Hundred Flowers Garden," and the "Hundred Fruits Garden." The park cultivates nearly 100 varieties of precious trees, including yew, Chinese redbud, camphor, weeping crabapple, photinia, Chinese parasol, and Huangshan catalpa, attracting numerous birds to nest. The peach, orange, loquat, grape, kiwi, crape myrtle, red plum, and osmanthus gardens create ever-changing beauty from spring to autumn, and winter to summer, where the "Hundred Flowers Garden" meets the "Hundred Fruits Garden."

5. Tongjiang Park: "At sunrise, the river flowers are redder than fire; in spring, the river water is as blue as indigo." Drawing water from the Yangtze and offering views of the river, Tongjiang Park, located next to the Yangtze River embankment, derives its name from this scenery. With 180 mu of ecological space, it features secluded rocks, winding paths, flowing water, arched bridges, wild fruits, flowers, flocks of birds, and pond fish—making it the perfect spot for leisure, fitness, team-building, barbecuing, camping, river fishing, and slow living. 6. Riverside Embankment: At the tail end of the Yangtze River and the head of the East Sea, the Yangtze River embankment within Zhangjiagang stretches over a hundred kilometers, like a white ribbon delineating the boundaries between water and land, steadfastly safeguarding the peace of the region. The Changyinsha section of the embankment is the "scenic viewing platform" where the river is widest, the currents gentlest, and the views most breathtaking. With the river breeze brushing by, gaze upon the winding shoreline, the vast waters, leisurely ferries, the purple haze of Wolf Hill, and the fields stretching into the distance—all these beautiful sights are laid out before you.

7. Changyinsha Flower Sea: "Spring winds carry promises as green grass spreads; under cloudless skies, the heavens stretch far and wide." Spanning nearly 1,000 mu in total, with a core area of over 240 mu, the flower sea is divided into three zones: rapeseed flower viewing area, visitor leisure and entertainment zone, and purple flower sea zone. Visitors can explore the sea of flowers by car, on foot, or by boat. The expansive golden fields of rapeseed flowers are accented by colorful creative designs. Wooden boardwalks and elevated rest platforms allow visitors to immerse themselves in this floral ocean. The area also features tea houses, leisure lawns, observation decks, riverside restaurants, and maze treasure hunts. The yellow of the rapeseed flowers complements the purple of the February orchids, while windmills, scarecrows, and photo cutouts are scattered throughout the flower sea. Classical music drifts on the breeze, hot air balloons offer breathtaking aerial views, and delicious, affordable food and highly interactive amusement activities make a springtime rendezvous here truly unforgettable.

8. Scenic Farmland: When you see egrets flying over the fields, their pure white contrasting with the vast green of the rice paddies; when you hear the murmuring streams quietly nourishing the land, embracing it with love and rippling into golden waves—these thousands of acres of fertile fields gather the essence of sun and moon, the vitality of heaven and earth. From the joy of sprouting seedlings to the delight of harvest, they touch your heart at every moment. It is part of the provincial land resources "Ten Thousand Mu of Prime Farmland" pilot project, aiming to transform traditional farming practices, ensure rational distribution between production resources and labor, and effectively protect arable land. The park covers a construction scale of 15,622 mu, with contiguous land after consolidation and development. Basic infrastructure such as ditches, canals, roads, bridges, and culverts is fully equipped, meeting the standards of high-standard basic farmland.

9. Changnan Four Seasons Orchard: Covering a total area of 560 mu, the orchard boasts a rich variety of fruit trees, including grapes, kiwis, figs, Cuiguan pears, loquats, sweet persimmons, Sihong jujubes, and oranges—over 10 premium varieties in total. Among them, there are 150 mu of green selenium-rich grapes, 60 mu of kiwis, 250 mu of yellow peaches, nectarines, and honey peaches, and 50 mu of figs. Fruit cultivation employs fully green, pollution-free production techniques.
